Delete Your Account

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

This page explains how to delete your PokerLog account and the data linked to it. PokerLog is developed by MoneySense Labs LLC. You can delete your account yourself in the iPhone app, in the Android app or on the web. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Have Prime? Deleting your account doesn't stop billing. Cancel your subscription first where you bought it: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Delete Your Account in the iPhone App

  1. Open PokerLog and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap your profile at the top to open Profile.
  3. Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm with Delete Account. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

Can't Sign In?

Email support@pokerlog.app from the email address on your PokerLog account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days. If you sign in with Apple and hide your email, tell us the address Apple shows for PokerLog.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes from our servers:

  • Your account and sign-in details (email address, username, Apple or Google sign-in link)
  • Your profile and settings (session defaults, notification and bankroll preferences)
  • All poker sessions: cash games and tournaments, buy-ins, cash-outs, notes, ratings, session plans and check-ins
  • Your bankroll history: deposits, withdrawals, adjustments and session results
  • Your custom locations
  • Home games you hosted: players, buy-ins, cash-outs, expenses, settlements and saved players
  • AI insights and AI usage records, and your import history
  • Push notification tokens and scheduled reminders
  • App usage events linked to your account
  • Subscription status records PokerLog keeps for your account
  • Anything you posted or set up in community features (posts, comments, follows, blocks and reports)

The app you delete from also clears PokerLog's data on that device. On any other phone where you used PokerLog, uninstall the app or use Settings → Danger Zone → Clear All Data to remove the copy stored there.

What We Keep

  • Purchase records. Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) and our subscription processor RevenueCat keep their own records of Prime purchases under their privacy policies. PokerLog can't delete those records.
  • Feedback you sent us. Feedback and support messages are kept so we can act on them, but they're no longer linked to your account. They may include the email address you typed in; email support@pokerlog.app if you want those removed too.
  • Anonymous usage events. Usage events sent before you signed in that were never linked to an account carry only a random installation ID, no personal information, and are deleted automatically after 400 days.
  • Backups. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as the backups expire, within 30 days.

How Long It Takes

When you delete your account in the app or on the web, your account and the data listed above are deleted from our servers right away. Remaining copies in backups are gone within 30 days. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days.

Delete Some Data, Keep Your Account

You don't have to delete your account to remove data. In the apps and on the web you can delete individual sessions, bankroll transactions, locations and home games at any time; deleted items are removed from every device that syncs with your account.
