The room runs no-limit hold'em from $1/$3 up to $10/$25, pot-limit Omaha at $1/$2 and $5/$5, and $9/$18 mixed games. A separate tournament area can expand to as many as 200 tables for major series. The room does not take a jackpot drop, so there are no high-hand or bad-beat jackpot promotions. The rake is 10% up to $5.

The poker room is located at Encore, adjacent to the Encore Casino floor and next to the Encore Players Club. From the Wynn main casino, follow signs to Encore or take the pedestrian bridge connecting the two properties, which leads directly to the poker room area. The room features dedicated in-room restrooms, a sports wagering window, and a spacious high-limit area. Dining is available at the table via a dedicated poker menu with selections from nearby Wazuzu and Jardin restaurants.
