Import guide
Move from Poker Bankroll Tracker to PokerLog
PokerLog reads Poker Bankroll Tracker's CSV export directly: it recognizes the file automatically and brings over your cash games and tournaments with their times, stakes, buy-ins, cash-outs, locations and notes. You need PBT Pro to export the file, and the whole move takes a few minutes.

At a glance
- How PokerLog reads it: recognized automatically (a dedicated import format).
- Where: the web dashboard, or Settings → Import Data on iPhone and Android.
- Cost: importing is free in PokerLog. Duplicates are detected and the last import can be undone.
1. Export your sessions from Poker Bankroll Tracker
- Open Poker Bankroll Tracker on your phone.
- Go to Menu → Account & Settings → Export to CSV.
- Save the file to your phone or computer, or email it to yourself.
- CSV export is part of PBT Pro (Pro yearly or lifetime), according to PBT's App Store listing.
- The menu path is the one PokerLog's import screen shows; if your version of PBT differs, look for "Export to CSV" in its settings.
2. Import the file into PokerLog
- Sign in at pokerlog.app, or create a free account. On a phone, open the PokerLog app instead.
- Open Settings → Import Data (on the web, Sessions → Import works too).
- Pick Poker Bankroll Tracker from the list of apps, then choose the file.
- Check the preview: the sessions found, the columns used, any warnings, and possible duplicates (skipped by default).
- Import. Your stats, charts and bankroll results update right away, and sync to your other devices.
If you already have an account, open the importer.
3. What carries over
- Start and end time, break minutes and playing time
- Cash game or tournament, game, limit and table size
- Location, matched to PokerLog's poker rooms and online sites, or added as your own location
- Buy-in and cash-out, rebuys and add-ons (count and cost), bounties
- Small blind, big blind and third blind (straddle) as your stakes
- Dealer tips (PBT's expenses from stack)
- Tournament name, finishing place and number of players
- Session notes; expenses and tags are kept in the notes
4. What doesn't carry over
- Deposits, payouts and cost rows: bankroll entries aren't imported, only sessions. Add your current balance as a deposit in PokerLog.
- Casino game and jackpot or bonus rows are skipped.
- Staking and sold shares: those sessions come in with your full result, and the preview tells you how many.
- Hand histories and hand replays.
- Currencies: amounts come in as they are, and the preview warns if the file mixes currencies.
5. Duplicates and undo
Before saving, PokerLog compares each imported session with the ones you already have. A session on the same day with the same buy-in and result is an exact match; the same day, location and a buy-in within $1 is a likely match. Both are skipped unless you choose "Import anyway". If something looks wrong afterwards, undo the last import from the same screen and try again.
